With over 31 years of experience, we are fully
prepared to make your next event a success.
We will be glad to handle any size party
(75 or more folks *) with our original, down-home,
Southern Texas Bar-B-Q. We feature 8 different
meats and a variety of down-home cooked vegetables.
Let our knowledgable and professional catering
staff do all the work to make your event really
special. Delivery and pick-up also available for
businesses and large house parties. Dine in with
us too. * There will be a service charge for less
than 75 folks.

Bar-B-Q Plate Prices

All plates are accompanied with our down-home sauce,
three vegatables of your choice, jalapeno peppers,
italian peppers, relish, onions, pickle spears, bread
and a choice of drink - iced tea, punch, or lemonade.

Beef, Sausage, Ham, Pork, Chicken, or Turkey

* RIBS are available by request.
The price is determined by the current market price.

The standard 2 meat platter consists of
Beef (5 oz.) and Sausage (2 oz.).

The standard 3 meat platter consists of
Beef (4 oz.), Sausage (2 oz.),
and 1 piece of Chicken or Ham (2 oz.).
